We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damage Protection

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the process.
